On April 14, 2007 the Cal Poly Supermileage team became event champions at the inaugural Shell EcoMarathon Americas competition with a winning mileage of 1902.7 miles per gallon (mpg).

There are many improvements we want to make to the existing car to make it even better.  We would also like to start up the process of making a new vehicle, so there is a lot of work to be done and the team is always looking for more people to help, regardless of experience or expertise. 

We have weekly meeting in 20-145 every Tuesday at 11:00.
This is a general planning meeting where we bounce around ideas and form a game plan.

We also meet every Saturday, starting at 10:00 up in the Supermileage room at the hangar.  The Supermilage team shares the room with Hybrid Vehicle Development.  We are located in back of the general machine shop, next to the test pools.
